The SKAT application was developed for the housing and utilities sector and is a mobile workstation:
• an employee responsible for the inspection of individual (IPU) and general house (ODPU) metering devices for resource consumption;
• an employee responsible for the execution of requests for work related to the management of the common property of multi-apartment residential buildings (MKD).
Functional:
• Automatic receipt of the controller's bypass statement to a mobile device;
• Input of control indications and marks on the state of the IPU, ODU;
• Attachment of photographs of metering devices and equipment;
• Fixing the exact time and geo-coordinates of data collection;
• Monitoring of the route of movement of the controller;
• Automatic sending of bypass data from the device to the "SKAT" database;
• Automatic receipt of an assignment for the execution of works related to the management of the common property of MKD (applications);
• Entering reports on the execution of applications, taking into account photo and / or video confirmation;
• Fixing the exact time and geo-coordinates of the execution of applications.
