I recently transferred some funds to my family's account but unfortunately the transaction failed and the money has been deducted from my account. and the teller said it would take three or five days for them to refund my money. This is my first experience using fawri app and I have to say it's dissapointing, my transaction failed but my money was gone. And I had to wait in the que since 4:30 pm until 9 pm but the staff couldn't help at all. Sorry this is such a dumb app.dont use it!!!! .

Worst bank registration of my life. Too much unnecessary details. No option for employer name. Have to select from limited list. Asked about other bank then asked to choose. No list appears. Have to stop registration in the middle. Wasted Time
