Ratings and reviews

After the last update, totally cannot use the app! When journey is selected and "Start" mrt station is selected, it will keep loading but nothimg happens! Uninstall & reinstall a few times to no avail. Cleared cache, restarted my phone all to no avail. But they somehow managed to give out train disruption notifications. Otherwise, this app is totally useless! Been using other apps to plan my train journeys now with no issues whatsoever! Does not serve it's intended purpose at all!

This is very troublesome. If I save any bookmark station, bus stops, and bus, this app will force me to close and can not open it. I uninstall so many times that it is also useless

App stopped working sometime in Sep/Oct and has been down since. Looks like SMRT cares about their app reliability as much as their rail service.
