It works. WHEN Customer sees Searching Car... Gotta tell Customers on website or in person / phone. That Dispatch has to accept and confirm in order car is available. Or least let customer and driver know to open their app and confirm / and rejoice. Wooot. I know cause I was testing on my Business: USA 2 Go in United States of America. Overall. Creator or Developer need to fix Allowed Dispatcher To Sign in any computer instead of Access Denied. Then I will give 5 Stars.
