About this app

IMS Mobile(Merchant Point) by Fiserv payment acceptance, and for raising service requests with ease and convenience.

Logging into the App: Once you download the app from App store, please register by entering your Terminal ID/Merchant ID/Mobile Number and generate a TPIN. A One-Time Passcode (OTP) will then be sent to your registered mobile number, which you will need to key into the app to set a TPIN or password based on your preference.

mCommerce Features: Our mCommerce menu empowers you to accept multi-form-factor payments such as Unified Payments Interface (UPI), Bharat QR and SMS/email invoicing, ensuring you will never miss a sale.

Self Service Features: Using the self-serve menu, you can raise multiple service requests, including paper roll requests, terminal-related requests, with ease and convenience.

Un reliable. Every time asking for mid and tid. Not lot of information available to help merchant to track the transaction on daily basis. Please update the UI or atleast show the transaction on the main menu. And have MIS report right beside it. This is not at all helping merchant to get the insight of their business transaction. Need alot of improvement. Make user friendly. Competitor are good at making Software for merchant. There is what's app notification for every transaction.

Very poor customer service. they never try to resolve any issues. i have raised wrong commitment issue from past 3 months. still they are unable to resolve the issue. evem they had issued 2 machine without my consent. they were charging me for 2 machine. after 3 months of efforts they closed my fake issued machine and removed the charges. still fake commitment charges levied on my unused machine. even they had attached an unknown email to my account. it's corrected today after 3 months of effort

Disappointing app from ICICI. UI is unintuitive, feels like it was built by a beginner. Can’t view transactions from all terminals in one place, and no simple way to track settlement status. Ends up wasting more time than saving. Social media support team just copy-pastes generic replies and the product team seems disconnected from real usage. Needs a complete rethink or should be withdrawn entirely. Rating should be 0 not 1
