About this app

MWA onMobile a program to facilitate and better services to the customers of the Authority. You can view any of the MWA. The introduction of the water and check the water bill. And submitting an application problem. And receive various alerts.

Services include MWA onMObile
- News show news and events. The MWA
- The water does not flow Show me the notification area, the water does not flow or low flow. By showing the areas that impact and affect the day prior.
- Branch contact information and maps. Each branch of the Metropolitan Waterworks Authority.

Ratings and reviews

The App lure users to settle via e-payment with a transfer-fee; whereas actually the user doesn't have to pay such fee if they just simply download the e-invoice thus pay via e-banking. The e-invoice, though, is 'hidden' under the 'usage history' which doesn't make sense at all why it should be placed there. 'suck' & 'froudulent' app, at least to say! Shame on you, MWA!

Useless. App does not work. Scan water bill and says it's added the account but it has not. Did multiple times without it working.

Been stucked at "Retrieving Data". How long does this process take? Forever? Please fix this process. It's so annoying because I spent an hour waiting. Uninstalled and then re-installed and wait for another half an hour waiting for the app to retrieve data. That's when I've had enough with this app.
