The app was working for me for a long time, but suddenly this week when I login, my aeon card was no longer showing up in the app so I cannot see my card balance or point or transactions. I un-installed the app and reinstalled, went through the registration process successfully and enabled my card. Then the next time I login the app again, the card disappeared again. I went through the registration process 3 times today, and the card just kept disappearing after it was enabled successfully.

I had an e-wallet already in operation and I was prompted to update. Upon updating I could not receive 2FA OTP, not existent in previous wallet, as the email address in wallet was not mine. When contacted customer service it has been 2 weeks and still no resolution. Any app should allow end-users to update their own credentials. So much of Hoo-Hah on using this app. Process is still manual via customer service which is slow, lacking and not professional.

Awful experience. Keep asking for OTP and time out every time. App does not even allow me to key in the OTap even though I received 2 @OTPs over the phone and over email. What the heck. I still have balance in my ewallet but cannot access.
