The app itself not bad although sometimes the Send button didn't work. It's pure for random chat, no registration needed. So unless you and the other party exchange other way of contacting each other, once you leave the chat, it's a small chance to meet again. The biggest con is users are mainly Taiwanese, 99% extremely rude as well.
