Ratings and reviews

As nice merchandise English home has, they got terrible, rather the worse service/customer service I have ever seen! So much so that it tells me they just basically do not care! Everytime I place an order there is something broken or wrong item. This time it was two left of the same pair slippers. When I called the customer service I was told I could exchange it at the store. The store is 1,5 hours from where I live, I still went there to hear, "we do not exchange products at the shop!" ...

Terrible customer service. You cannot change the language in the app to English, therefore it is not useful (though you get a note on the website that you can safely use). The website on the phone is not user friendly either. Tried to place an order and even though after struggling managed to do it, there is no sign, no notification of the order id. Sadly, will not place any order from their website in the near future...

I bought a set of 4 cleaning item and one them was missing. Conveniently the girl that sold me it didn't even try to give me the receipt and I didn't tell her about it (my mistake). I couldn't get that replaced
