About this app
The Reserve+ application from the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine was created for conscripts, conscripts and reservists. In it you can obtain an electronic military registration document, apply for a deferment and choose your Defense Forces vacancy from among thousands of different options.
To generate an electronic military registration document, you must:
- Log in using BankID;
- Enter current contacts: mobile number, e-mail and residential address.
After that, you will see the document in the application. It will display information about you from the Oberig registry — whether there is a deferment, whether you have violations of the rules of military registration, when you passed the VLK, etc.
The electronic military registration document has the same legal force as a paper temporary certificate or registered certificate. Employees of the TCC or the police will be able to easily check its authenticity using the QR code.
If your data is not found, the data can be corrected without going to the TCC. In other situations, contact the Rezerv+ application support team via e-mail cabinet-support@mil.ua.

Unable to login from 2 different devices. All the time, I receive "unknown technical problem." Everything is OK with my Bank ID.

Update: Nope, I still cannot login, the behavior a bit different now though - this time BankID requested login conformation in Privat24 App, but after conformation Bank ID shows infinite "waiting for response from service portal" spin wheel. Reserv+ Shows the same "We have technical problem" message

Impossible to use overseas. If you don't have Ukrainian phone or Bank account there is no way to even register.
