This app is totally broke. Upon clicking on document submission, it gets stuck on loading screen even after the new update. This app is slow and dead.

Most of the time, this app crashes, especially on Saturdays and Sundays when more students are outside, the app stops responding completely and logs out automatically. The biggest issue, especially for hostel residents, is that when we apply for leave, we have to refresh at the gate when showing leave, causing a lot of inconvenience. During check-in/check-out times, we have to refresh the leave application 5/10 times, which wastes time and causes frustration..
