This app is bad and the support is even worse. The app wouldn't install so I reached out the developer, Solus UK, and they wouldn't take my bug report since I wasn't a known contact from the library staff authorized to submit a trouble ticket. What?! I'm just a user trying to tell you that your app doesn't work. Now the app installs but hangs on the splash screen. I have to clear the app cache every time I want to try to use the app. I'm not even going to bother with their support. Uninstalled!

Love this app. It's super useful. I would love to see a place where you could create a to be read list to keep track of cool books I see while browsing.

I really wish there was a separate tab for digital holds & digitally checked out items instead of mixing them with your physical holds & checked out materials. For people like me who have lots of things checked out both ways, it's too much. 5 stars again when their separate.
