NFC payment doesn't work properly after last update. Validator shows success but app shows nothing no error no success while NFC payment. Server sometimes doesn't work , especially when I am in bus, that's funny))

Was charged twice on a bus after the conductor claimed that it didn't work the first time. I found out about it later when I opened the app. But I cannot return or cancel the double charge because there isn't any function to do so in the app. Also, there is no way to contact ATTO to ask for a refund. It's 2021 and the app is so amature.
