Payments and transfers between my own cards are well going within the app... But since there's some services that i should pay outside of app.. so i have to use another banking app alongside this app... And another major issue that I'm having is error that is shown sometimes when i try to transfer money to another person's card (he uses card from other banks)... It just says "source code not found" or "recipient not found"... But it's working on other banking apps...

It doesn't allow you to request bank card. It shows there is an error, it doesn't state what is the error. Your website also sucks, cannot send appeal. I don't expect much from Uzbekistan banks but we are living in 21st century why don't you try to make everything easy and fast. It is not like I have to go to the bank for everything, you must fix your issues.

Recent updates wiped out my logged account entirely. Password recovery says that I'm using different device 🤔 I only have one device. Now I need to go to a bank branch in order to recover password. Poor Quality Assurance. Please test basic functionality before releasing updates 🙂
