I installed the app 2 days ago but I couldn't get it Identification, I think this function dont work. I wrote to call-center in telegram but they say we will tomorrow,I dont answer, I want to create card and try website but it dont work. If you call 4004, they does not pick up the phone and you'll be waiting.I am disappointed with their service.

The app completely doesn't work. The error is so dumb which is returning "No internet connection", all apps is working except this poor app. I don't know why the Orient Finance Bank is taking for granted the its clients and quality of servicing.
