Possui falhas propositais de design. Ao perder um cartão, por exemplo, o usuário deve realizar o bloqueio e solicitar uma segunda via. Claramente o modo mais intuitivo seria bloquear o cartão primeiro, impedindo seu uso indevido por terceiros, para só então pedir um novo cartão. Porém o aplicativo deleta o cartão ao bloqueá-lo (sem mensagem de confirmação pelo usuário), te obrigando a entrar em contato com um atendente para solicitar a nova via, ficando sujeito a horas de propagandas sorrateiras
