Bunch of UX issues: 1. The app is not easy to connect with mobile hotspot. 2. The app is only partially intuitive, the rhythm function is ill designed which renders the feature useless. No body needs the light on throughout the day. 3. The Flexibility to use the app with Google Assistant is sparse, a user cannot ask assistant to change colours or change modes. 4. The app should have a widget for homescreen to switch on or off. Please consult a "Product Design Studio" to design a better app.

The Wi-Fi tubelight keeps blinking after a power failure and it never stops and not getting into pairing mode. The app shows it as permanently in offline mode. No clue about what to do. I thought the app and the interface would evolve over a period of time but miserably failing for simple things. Old: It's working well. But the app is quite cumbersome. Not very users friendly. Wipro means one step forward and five step backwards. I bought the RGB bulb almost two years ago, it was working fine, then wipro decided to remove many lighting modes from the app. Then, few days ago accidentally reset the bulb by turning switch on off multiple times, and now every time I switch off the bulb I have to re register the device which itself is a pain in the A as the app would recognise the device but won't connect to it ( probably some server issue). Better by Mi, not this trash.
