This rating is both for the app and especially, the bank. The app is only helpful for basic functions. If you opt for in person, you might wait upwards of 2 hours for help. Employees don't know the protocol for depositing intl checks. Worse, a $139 deposited check hasn't cleared after nearly a month and they refuse to give me an exchange rate. The phone service only works sometimes and Activo employees have literally hung up on me when I've gotten frustrated with their mediocre service.

EDIT: Passado este tempo todo fiz update para um Galaxy Z Flip 4. O problema voltou a acontecer, e consigo utilizar a APP. Sem a app este banco deixa de fazer sentido App says the following "We detected that your equipment isn't in compliance with the manufacturer's definitions or present other characteristics which may impact your security, the reason why the access to our App was inhibited." The device is an OnePlus 6T and with the latest security updates available. Please provide support...

mobile at activobank email address suggested by ActivoBank in this forum also doesn't bother to reply to emails. Online and at the branch customer service are truly appalling. No replies to messages at the app despite the option being available. Lack of financial knowledge and professionalism by employees at the branch. Thus, I have decided to reduce my account activity to zero and use another bank.
