I have already paid the course fee, but I am still unable to access the lecture videos directly on the platform. Whenever I try to play them, it shows an error and then gives me the option to watch on YouTube instead. Could you please confirm whether this is the correct process for accessing lectures, or if it is a technical issue? If it is an error, kindly resolve it so I can access the videos smoothly through the official platform. please make the app more user friendly also resolve my issue

technical issue with your mobile application. ​I have been using the app for some time, and it was working well initially. However, for the past 15 days, I have been unable to watch any videos. When I try to play a video, the following error message appears: ​"Watch video on YouTube Error 153 Video Player Configuration error" ​I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and provide a solution as soon as possible. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Very satisfying and useful A very good platform for preparing any competitive exam. Batch prices are so less that anyone can afford them. Thanks for providing such a good product on online platform. But I would like to mention one thing that there is no download system for a video. Thus in local areas ,where network problems are verommon, students can face many difficulties. So download button becomes necessary. But overall it's a very good platform for preparing basic and advanced education
