Dear KGS Support Team, I am facing a recurring issue with your application. Whenever I open a class, it automatically closes after every 30–40 minutes. The video stops playing, and I have to reopen the application. However, the same problem occurs repeatedly. I have already raised multiple complaints regarding this matter, but unfortunately, no solution has been provided so far. I kindly request you to look into this issue on priority and provide a permanent fix at the earliest.

"Hello Sir, I am facing a problem. I get 1.5 GB of data per day, and half of it gets used up just in attending one class. Because of this, I am unable to attend the class properly. Please fix this issue so that the app uses less data. Apart from this, the app is really good and all the teachers teach very well."

very poor services. Not able to download a single pdf of around 1 to 6 mbs even after sitting in height network zone . 3,4 high speed wifi. automatic log out keeps on happening. It has just taken away my most precious time when I had just 20 days for my exam.
