I am a premium member. I have some problem in my videos for Which I tried to contact technical team. But no response from them. neither they received call nor call me back. If this is the situation how my problem solved. pathetic response from technical team

If you wanna go with a newer app go with Doctutorials. Or else stick to the old OG ones like Marrow or prep. This is the Worst app for pg preparation. I haven't paid the premium but God the free version is an abomination. Nothing but mistakes throughout the question banks. Anytime I go to report an error pops up.

I'm using M3 ipad but it's lagging a lot. I've the latest version and everything but still sometimes the videos are not running or the documents are not opening. Kindly fix this problem as soon as possible because we are going to have the exams.
