On 14/10/25, I had ordered two books from the pw store section and already had paid for it online, but had to cancel right after because of some misinterpretations of the books. It showed the paid amount would have been refunded within 5-7 days. But soon after, it was shown as "Refunded", yet when it wasn't in real. Now, it's still showing as "Refunded", whereas the amount hasn't been credited to the bank account. I urge the pw team to look into this issue, and resolve it promptly.

I'm experiencing some issues with the app. It's running slightly slow, and I'm having trouble opening PDF files. When I try to open them, they either don't load or appear blank. Despite multiple attempts, the problem persists. Could you please look into this and resolve it ASAP?" The previous problems have been solved, but now there are other issues: 1. The app takes a lot of time to start; even after the network is available, it does not start properly. 2. XP points are not increasing as expect

The app and coaching are really amazing. I had a small suggestion, it would be very helpful if we could stay logged in on two devices (like a tablet and a phone). I study on my tablet most of the time but use my phone while commuting to work, and switching logins each time is a bit inconvenient. I understand there may be reasons for the current setup, but I’d really appreciate it if you could consider this. Thank You :)
