Overally it is okay but l will have to give it 2 stars because l use visa card a lot and they do not seem to be able to help me connect my card to the mobile banking wallet.My card is not getting connected to my app and l make transactions without anywhere to check or see my balance.I went to different branches but they are all failing and l do not know what to do.l even asked online customer service and they told my to go to the nearest branch so l'm stranded and the bank itself can not do it.

Used to like this app a few years ago but as of now it consists of many inconsistents and inconveniences, it only operates once or twice per two weeks always network errors and unavailability when transacting what a shame.

Well with overall user experience I would say the app is pretty convenient and comes in handy, it does well to eliminate the long code process and gives you instant response to prompts, however there is room for improvement with some features, like registering your eco cash with the app. The otp is hardly generated and when actually generated it always responds unknown when using it. It would help if we have the "link to" options not as random pop ups but readily accessible features
