More frustrating technology. Every reboot of my phone it trips a reminder notification of an old parking session at the hospital (a life altering horrible trip to the hospital...) App also doesn't always load up, just hangs. A friend has the same experiences. AHS please look into this. It impacts people negatively, sometimes on the worst days of their lives!

It's nice to pay for parking from an app instead of using the machine, and so far, it seems to work (I haven't got any tickets, at least). Registering the vehicle and payment card was a bit clunky, but it's once and done, so that's okay. On the negative side, it notifies me every day for WEEKS after parking that my session is expired, which is rather annoying.

Overall good. Design feedback: 1. I cannot copy paste my email/phone code into the login inputs 2. I cannot use my password manager with the pin system. Please allow a normal input that can be auto filled. Please allow a regular memorable password/phrase instead of a forgetful pin 3. The "enter zone screen" is confusing as the input is hidden until you start typing.
