Ratings and reviews

Several functions didn't work for me, like selecting seats or using google pay (the link sent me to page for resetting my phone). So ended up having to book from the browser. Even afterwards can't do things like save tickets to my wallet or view them in the app. I'm not sure I've seen something this bad that wasn't a scam for a while now. Maybe they should run a high school coding competition to build a better one?

Incredibly frustrating buying experience. Long term member and yet the app treats me like a guest everything I buy a ticket. GPay crashes using the app but not the website. No stored payment method in app but supported on Web. Basic Ux is broken. Fix it please!!!!!!

Ticketek has forced not only me, but the wider Australian public to download their app so that we can go to anything in this country. The website worked fine (enough). It's quite convenient for Ticketek to have a print at home option that CAN ONLY BE USED AFTER PAYING AN ADDITIONAL FEE. Thanks for promoting a defender of war crimes & ethnic genocide too, gotta love that! Hope that your investors appreciate the falsehood behind your download numbers.
