Incredibly unreliable service that leads only to frustration and tardiness. Unlocking and locking the bikes takes works about a tenth of the time, with the remainder leaving you clamouring for support to reverse charges to your account. When you actually manage to get on one they're functional, even enjoyable, but how does that matter if you can't get on the most of the time? Fantastic idea, dreadful execution.

the locks are always broken. This means you will be charged surpluses as your journey will not end. takes about an hour or two for customer services to get back to you. or sometimes over night. sometimes you will be charged a £5-10 fee for not parking the bike in a docking station even though you did and always have to show proof and contest that. very tiresome

[Edit: ai's can claim to be human. Changing a search criteria doesn't help you to find things that *are not there*. Can I please have a human who can read?] They've effectively doubled their prices by having hardly any pedal bikes available, forcing ebike if you want to have anything to use. Support don't want to know. As you can't count on there being a bike that will cost less than a taxi when you need one this service is more of a gimmick than a proper transport option, unfortunately.

Good Morning Michael. Myself & the Customer Support Team are humans. In the top right of the map, there's a button to filter different vehicles. You can toggle filters for each vehicle type in your scheme. A blue circle on the button shows active filters. When filtering, only bays with that vehicle appear on the map, simplifying your search.

What's new
