Don't download this app.. waste of time... the officers are not bothered by any problems.. they will just close the ticket without doing anything. I raised somany complaints, but not even a single issue was resolved.

Normally the app is not operative. Even otherwise the complaints registered are not being attempted properly and issuing messages stating that the complaints are resolved. Please find a way to solve the problems whole heartedly.

This is a waste app No matter how many complaints are given, the work is not being done Messages are being sent that the work is complete before it is complete Do not actually use this app, we have no use
