About this app

With the Terresta app, which is available free of charge, tenants can reserve the shared laundry room infrastructure (washing machine and dryer). This creates a completely dynamic and flexible reservation calendar. The tenants can then wash when necessary and not according to a rigid calendar.
The tenants should be given the greatest possible freedom and as few restrictions as possible. There are no restrictions for each apartment building (number of wash cycles per day, week, month or even intervals between wash cycles).
The tenants are asked to organize themselves for each apartment building if possible by making arrangements. It is expected that family men and women who do not have any professional activity outside of the office will use the infrastructure during the day (i.e. in the morning and in the afternoon). Accordingly, the tenants who have an external professional activity should have the evening free.
The caretakers, facility managers or building services have additional functions with which the system can be administered.
This app also offers the possibility of communicating with the property management (contractual), the building service (e.g. damage reports) or with the operators of the software solution using the feedback function.
