Crashes and hangs up constantly. Worked great for years, and in the past few months is nothing but trouble. UPDATE June 13, 2023: The app no longer works. It starts, but does not react to anything I select. The last time I tried to use it if failed me, and I had to panic buy a paper ticket. Today, it simply freezes.

Updated 18/10/2024: I got used to the new interface but I still dislike it. It is supposed to give one touch access. 1. Next Departure 2. Destination WITHOUT SPECIFYING THE DEPARTURE. 3. Buying a tickets IN THE CURRENT ZONE. It is better to create a customizable home page with shortcuts. For example: 1. Next Departure (near bus/tram/train stops) 2. Destination (destination only) 3. Journey (departure + destination) 4. Buy Ticket Zone 110 5. Buy local or short distance tickets

Thank you for your feedback! Departures from the nearest stop are displayed by clicking on the "Next departures" . Check the timetable from current location by entering only the destination stop. Buy a ticket for the current zone via quick selection. Valid tickets are available via the "SwissPass and tickets" button. Best regards, your ZVV

Why is easyride in android app not working anymore, cannot swipe to right anymore. > Thank you for your prompt response! The issue occurred several times after the "easyride" has been integrated with the ZVV Timetable and issue continued thru several app updates. I remember, before when "easyride" function was a standalone app, it was stable. Info: Google Pixel5, Android 14. I now updated ZVV App to Rel. 2.3.0 and will see whether it is fixed.

Thank you for your feedback! We discussed the issue with our developers in the meantime. The next app release published next week will contain a new SDK version of Check-in ticket as well as a backend up-date. We hope that this will solve your problem. Best, your ZVV
