1. Inquiry : Inquiry for your accounts and transactions
2. Transfer : Overbooking or to another bank.
3. Purchase : Buy "pulsa" easily from your account.
4. Bill Payment : Pay your bills
5. Transfer Info : Get information on transfer fee and information
6. Network : Get the address, location, and phone number of our branches
7. Open Account : Open "Time Deposit" account or "Installment Saving" from your phone.
8. Debit Card : Change your Debit Card PIN or Block your Debit Card if necessary.
9. Dormant Account : Activate your dormant account.
10. Cardless Withdrawal : Withdraw your money in ATM without debit card.
11. Hana Family Card : Supplementary card for your loved ones with customized limit.

Always "invalid password" every time I enter the PIN !! I have entered the password correctly. From June 24th until this morning it can't be done! Edit: Always "invalid password" every time I enter the PIN using BI FAST !!

The basic login function does not work properly. Whenever i try to re-login after changing my password, the system always says invalid ID or Password. Initially i thought it was my error, but by now (i tried to reset over 4 times already and i even make notes of my passwords) i'm 100% sure this is system bug. Not giving one star as other basic functions still working properly.
