I bought a Faiba SIM card and 1. They advertise 4G but it is not only the slowest network, it is also incredibly unreliable. Net just drops. 2. They don't tell you that the SIM toolkit won't work with your phone until after you've already paid for the card and bought airtime. 3. Registering for the card and connecting to the Faiba app took over half an hour, they asked not just for ID but took photos as well. Invasive and uncomfortable. 100% don't recommend.

The app is good but network 🛜 is not consistent in all areas. Sometimes the network coverage is on and off. Try to build and install more networks boosters. I personally promise to give you a place on my land to build a faiba network 🛜 booster. My land is located in Emuhaya Sub county Elukongo division Bunyore as a way of enhancing your network coverage in the area.

The service are very excellent in Kericho town only in some areas there is no network at all Try to do more research on how reach the entire country and how to overcome challenges in terms of poor network! In an areas like Kuresoi where I was Last week from Wednesday I couldn't access internet and I had a subscription for three which I didn't utilized, it is good for the service provider to take care of that if I had subscribe and that particular place is poor in terms network failure, plz do...
