Awful Interface. This app gets worst with each update. Stopped using this because I got frustrated. First it wouldn't log in through Facebook, like before. So everytime I would use it, would have to input all my information. Stopped using it for months. Saw it had an update, decided to try it again. Now it doesn't recognize the phone number in any format to register or start using the app. Can't use it without being registered. Garbage app will never use this service again.

Does the job but the app UI is very barebones. Lack of autofill, order history, long delivery times, not being able to optionally directly enter the delivery address (instead of having to fumble pinching and dragging a map) and needing Facebook login to have all the features makes it a cumbersome experience. I only use Lunchera if Uber Eats isn't available in the area. Definitely needs work in order to compete or else be considered a last resort.

Absolute dog 💩. Horrible UI. Even worse UX. Customer service is a dumpster fire. Don't expect to resolve anything. This is just a group of small people (probably family & friends) working the "customer service". App requires Facebook to "work at it best". Since you can't create account it will always ask for location (it doesn't do it auto, even with permission on). Doesn't support AutoFill in 2020. It's trash. DoorDash or UberEats will kill this "service" when they drop in the area.
