The App isn't really that bad, it's more the entire company/system is needlessly complicated... I have 15.66 saved up and ended up being in a situation where I really needed to use them. But I don't have an actual physical card, I have just used my number for years to accrue points. Just get a card! Easy! WRONG. From the phantom URLs that lead you nowhere to endless subsidiaries of the Kickback Program (am I Phillips 69? or Pocket Rocket?) makes for a confusing nightmare.

It's cool. I like that the points act as normal currency, but it takes FOREVER to get enough points to actually buy anything worth it, and all the "deals" they have aren't really deals. for example you have to buy 8 20oz Coca-Colas to get a free one, and they're $4.50 for 2 of them, so you have to spend $19.84 to get a free 20oz Coca-Cola. I guess that's not too outrageous, but it should be buy 5 20oz Colas get the 6th one free, ya know? All their deals are basically like that.

Less than expected. The poker has never been updated so it doesn't work. It never has instant prizes. The fantasy football..that's a joke. It never updates or gives special offers. And the points don't add up like they should when you spend money. The only thing that does work is spending your points. As long as you don't loose your card. If you loose your card you are screwed.
