Very pathetic app. I will never suggest to use this. As money gets debited during the payment but orders will not be placed. Payment transaction to our end shows completed and successful but their end they say not reached how come this can happen. I have never faced such kind of experience with other apps to order medicine. If I do have negative rating I will pick the one

My order got cancelled automatically after the payment had been done. This was my first time ordering from the app itself. It was very disappointing and unexpected. The app is not reliable at all since in case of emergencies they won't be accepting the orders just like they did with me.

Very bad experience. There is no timely delivery despite buying they 1 year subscription. App doesn't work half the time and you are not able to track the order/connect with the service provider. Even when you connect with the customer agent are very rude and they are only there to do chatting without any information neither they give any concrete reply... disconnect your calls/chat at their own.
