Brutal app. It can't remember my login each time I try to use it. It says something doesn't match their record. If I try to create a new account, it says I already have one and to login. Also the birthday setting is ridiculous. Going through all 13 months over 44 years to set the date! This is the type of app you get when you hire cheapo developers...very poor.

The app used to work great, however, it started glitching earlier this year during login, and now it has stopped working altogether. It opens, but as soon as I press login, the app closes suddenly. Cache cleared, app deleted and reinstalled, still not working. States there's a bug and to wait for the developer to provide an update... 🫠

Having to add images of the receipt AND still keep the receipt for a year is absolutely ridiculous, but is classic Blue Cross... making submissions harder than necessary. As for the app itself, working off on my laptop through the website is way less clunky and awkward. So, from this point forward, I will take photos with my phone, then download them to my laptop, and submit through the website... until Blue Vross disables that ability. When I retire I will leave Blue Cross and go to Manulife.
