interesting concept but too simple for me. just tapping and upgrade. ad removal pack is mandatory otherwise u have to watch over 100 ads per session. basically everytime u tab something u get the option to watch a ad for the chance to get double rewards or other minor rewards. and we're talking about the looooong ads. not the 30 second ones. overall graphics 2/5, gameplay 1/5, concept 5/5. expected more tbh. so not worth it for me to buy the ad removal pack. but good luck to the dev team

I'm pleased to say this is actually a good game to pass time. It doesn't drain your battery like most apps. There are no forced ads but you can watch ads for boosts and rewards (if you choose to). I do wish that the x2 option gave more than a 5 minute boost. You also get to complete and move onto different hospitals which is a plus.

Love this game. However, there is no "support" button to bring up issues, so I'll post it here. The TOP WORST ad on this game is Seafood Tycoon. This ad plays EVERY TIME, and is waaaaayyyyyyy longer than any other ad. Also makes downloads pop up, which makes me hate the game even more, not a good selling tactic. Get rid of this ad and I'll post 5 stars.
