App downloaded, tried to open, and it got stuck on the logo and froze my screen. I un-installed, re-installed, hoping that was a quick fix and no such luck. My software is updated. I tried using other reviews and responses within this Google Play Store and couldn't find anything to fix this issue. It won't even allow me past the logo screen. Remedy, please?

App is very helpful but has glitches from time to time. The app went dead when I went from a NOTE 9 to a NOTE 20. I had to reinstall the app to make it work. No biggie, but an inconvenience trying to research the problem. Others complained about the same issues when using a newer phone. Some were successful like me in resolving the problem. Others, not so much. It's a hit and miss when switching to another phone.

Something seems to have happened with the App, it stopped working these last few days and won't even pass the white screen with the logo, it just hangs. Before that, it was always a slow app and buggy at times, but now it is completely bricked despite multiple uninstalls, reboots and reinstalls. Not sure if there was an update that caused this but it's frustrating to say the least.

Go to Google Play system update to install any updates. After phone restarts click on A.E. app. If app doesn't open, see if your phone needs software updates. Go to Settings>Software Update>Download and install. If app still does not open, try clearing A.E. app “data” in Settings>Apps>American Essentials +> Storage> Clear data and open app again.
