This worked well in 2020, last year in 2021, i had to replace its cable and I took lifetime AMC, and paid the amount. Now, it is asking for an update; neither any update is available nor it is allowing the scanning. Horrible experience. I have reported the matter to their helpdesk and also reverted back to their query too but yet to find a solution to this issue.

Hello team I am here to give you some feedback about your application. it not work properly.every time when we connect cable app goes hang. After clear application data it work fine only one time then again same problem happens. Look at the issue. App is working in background also not stop after exit .

Sir, after installation first time it worked very well. After that I had disconnected and reconnected the RD device. It is not working. I try to reinstall the app. Then it works. If I disconnect and reconnected, not working. After reconnecting it always shows Pl connect fm220 error. Please help me. Thanks in advance.
