I continually have to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it to work properly. I don't know why the app is so glitchy, but please fix!! This is an amazing tool and I'd love to be able to use it to its fullest capacity. Thank you! Update: App remains very glitchy; whatever update occurred on May 29th seemed to birth new issues. I have not called support recently because every single time I call, I'm told it's my phone. It's exasperating.

The app is terrible and needs to be fixed. Completely unreliable. When responding to a service request I do not see the option for "find a replacement ". I don't see or in the app now on the web page. Adding a profile picture using the app no photo would appear. I needed to add a profile picture from the web page. I'm using SM-G973U fully updated Android 11.

This app is good...WHEN IT WORKS. Constantly getting messages that say my device is not supported. The same EXACT device (cellphone) that I've been using for the past 3 years. The timing couldn't be worse as I'm trying to put in a prayer request for a family friend who just attempted suicide and is in critical condition at the hospital. PLEASE FIX THIS APP. I wish our church would go back to what they were using before; it didn't seem to have as many issues or crash as much. 🙄
