The application is suddenly, and without notice or warning, not able to be run on my phone. This is very poor customer service and should be corrected to ensure all members are able to access their account features. The website features do not cover all services that have been pushed to the application in recent years and so there is no replacement for those not in close proximity to a physical branch location.

I use the app to pay my car loan and it has proven to be a nightmare. I have tried adding my bank account so I can pay it through the app and have had so many issues. I've called customer service several times and they tell me the same thing each time. It never helps. The micro transactions never go through. So, then I have to pay through their third party service, which charges you a $15 processing fee each time. If I was going to pay extra, I'd rather pay it towards my actual car loan.

App works well as-is, and enables all mobile banking features I use. Most importantly, it's been bug free, which is so refreshing! Seems to be an "appified" version of the AAFCU website. Would be nice if it integrated better with Android (notably, it does not obey the OS "back" button); I'm guessing this is due to the application framework chosen to implement the app. One major gripe, though not with the app specifically: please enable TOTP or HOTP for MFA! SMS-based MFA is not great.
