The app seems nice, even though now there is no cart service and I wasn’t able to order a drink. Other functions of the app work just fine: I watched some videos and played simple games. Looks like the WiFi availability is inconsistent but it worked on flight Toronto - Vancouver.

No real issues with my flights or service side from flair air so far. Only issue is I was able to connect once to the wifi on board. Just keeps saying connected with no Internet or service not available. And I have been on all flights that have online wifi services. Uninstalled & reinstalled the app so I hope this works.

I’ve been on a test flight (this app doesn’t work on all the flights by default, flight attendants should tell you if your flight is the test one). The app is real nice! You have access to literally anything you might need during the flight: food, shopping, videos and games. Flair doesn’t have any inflight magazines on board and this app seems like a great substitute. The only problem is that it’s not available on all the flights yet. Fingers crossed it will soon be :)
