About this app

It is an application for the emotional self-management of office workers who are more prone to work stress. The application has an emotional diagnosis, techniques according to each emotional state resulting from the diagnosis, also depending on the emotional diagnosis, the range offered by the techniques adapts to the color of the emotional state.

This app offers the possibility of having two applications in one, so that if you put a boss account it takes you to the boss app and if you put a user account it takes you to the User page.

Each one offers you different options in that of the User, it allows you to make your emotional diagnosis, every day at 8 am through notifications, also once this is done, it will personalize you an exercise (Techniques) to improve your emotional state.

In the section of the boss we have the possibility to create accounts, delete users, edit them, see their emotional state and their diagnosis, and see graphically how many users of each emotional category they have.

*To be able to enter the application you have to have a boss account or have your boss create a user for you to enter.
