Workout Tracker is a fast, quiet log for the training you actually do — sets, reps, weights, runs and rides — kept on your own phone.
LOG A SET IN ONE TAP
The exercises you use most sit right on the home screen with the amount you normally do, so recording a set takes a single tap. Need something different? Log a custom amount, add the weight you lifted, add a note.
AN EXERCISE LIBRARY YOU CAN SHAPE
Start from 28 ready-made exercises across strength, core, cardio and mobility, or create your own. Each one is measured the way that makes sense for it: repetitions, time or distance. Mark favourites, set a daily target, archive what you no longer use.
TRACK RUNS AND RIDES WITH GPS
Start a run or a ride and the app records your route on a map, with time, distance and pace updating as you go. When you finish, the activity is saved and also added to your regular log, so it counts towards your totals like everything else.
WATCH YOUR PROGRESS BUILD
Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly statistics show your totals, your best sessions and how consistent you have been. A streak counter and a weekly goal keep the momentum visible.
A NUDGE, IF YOU WANT ONE
An optional daily reminder at the time you choose, so training does not quietly slip out of the day.
BUILT TO STAY OUT OF THE WAY
Light and dark themes, optional Material You dynamic colours, and an interface designed to disappear while you train.
YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU
There is no account and no sign-up. Everything you log lives in a private database on this device, not on our servers — we do not have any. Android's automatic cloud backup is switched off on purpose, so nothing is uploaded behind your back.
Changing phone? Export your exercises and sets to a single backup file and import it on the new device, choosing whether to replace what is there or merge the two histories. And whenever you want a clean slate, one tap in Settings deletes everything.
FREE, WITH ADS
The app is free and supported by advertising. It uses the internet for exactly two things: downloading map tiles for your routes, and requesting those ads. Nothing you log is ever part of either request.
Log every set, track runs with GPS, and keep your training data on your phone.
