This function mainly relates to service technicians or field staff. The company or project manager creates the task using the administration program and assigns the employee to this task.

Open tasks refer to projects where employees check in daily.

For open as well as assigned tasks there is the possibility to add important documents, videos, pictures and discussions at any time.
