Update: Never received a follow up after this review. Recently discovered that the app is reporting incorrect rent due. Honestly surprised this is a live app considering the major defects with basic features. Trying to add or edit a work order, the app asked for camera permissions. I granted them, but the app doesn't load the camera. There's no way to allow access to my camera roll.

App is unusable. Being that I've been using AppRent N autopay with no problems, I would expect a seamless transition to the new version that would not flag as a malicious payment. Due to this, my bank account was locked (which I have resolved), resulting in a missed rent payment. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! This portal has an effect on people's livelihood and should have been vigorously tested before it rolled out.

I can't even log in to app after update. I had no issues for about a year until recently. I can log in to the browser site just fine using the same credentials (if using desktop view) but the information is not updated. Example, shows due date at 1/2022. Reached out to support, they only reset my password so far. Issue is not credentials, it's the app. PLEASE FIX.
