I am trying to order MiliGold from 2023 but couldn't place my order. Now, finally I could order it. There was confirmation call and then many days later there's no sign of my order or delivery date. I contacted again at customer support with my order number and all details, they said the relevant department will contact soon but no contact has been made. I understand that the amount is very small. But it would have been made for customers like me. Extremely Poor Service. Daraz is much better.

Just waste of time. Poor application. Tried thousand times to retrieve my password through forgot password option but the OTP never come. Sometimes show error message"sms quota exceeded".
