Paper never runs out of battery, does a spinning circle, or shuts down for updates and maintenance. Supposedly this is to help drivers, but now it's mandatory and punishable for not using it, which is proof that it doesn't help us and we don't want it. An entirely new help desk department has been created to help resolve issues with this app and they only respond by email, which indicates that they know that if they did have a phone line, they would be inundated with calls.

Atlas please get back on top of things. I know there's a lot of things involved, but as drivers we rely on these tools. Your screenshots of this app haven't even been updated since Android jellybean, and neither has the UI. Glitches are still awful, and make the app unreliable. We shouldn't be forced to use Apple products if we want a decent app. Please fix this and update the app for the times.

The app is running better now that theyve updated. Wish you could record destination side damage on furniture but other than that and household inspection form not being up its good now
