Ratings and reviews

Poor English translation. Most of the text is still in Italian. We bought the ticket, but the bus did not come. We waited for the next one and it also didn't come. No info on how to get refund, no support number. *Update*: we've decided to give this app another try after developer has replied (see below). Indeed the app works for the most part, you just need to buy tickets only when you see the bus. Could still use proper English translation and option to get refund for unvalidated tickets.

No comparison to easypark. It gives you only a few confusing options for parking, very easy to do the wrong thing. Requests registration for parking, then another for the payment feature (in case you want to ask refunds). At 1pm I ordered a half day ticket, it gave me one valid for 30 mins (I could have bought an one hour ticket for one third of the price) Pretty stressful experience for me

Good to have as it can be very hard to find somewhere to buy tickets in Italy. The app is not particularly intuitive. Can't choose number of tickets, so for a family of four I had to go through the purchasing process four times each time we travelled. Can't choose starting and end point, so for trips slightly outside of town it is hard to figure out the price.
