This app is built by scamster!! I ordered biriyani but since the order was taking more than an hour, I wanted to cancel my order When tried cancelling the order which was just after 2-3 minutes of payment, the bot prompted me that 100% cancellation fee is applicable This app doesn't give you the estimated eta of order before placing the order neither do they flash a message that cancellation after 1 minutes is subject to 100% cancellation fee Shame on you Behrouz !!!

Very very bad experience will never order again neither recommend anyone to order they scammed us with rupees 530 not even wanted to rate it a single star. We made the order mistakenly ordered something else the payment was made then we cancelled that order as we don't want to order that was within 2 minutes then they said they will not provide any refund since we were late by 1 minute and will not deliver the food since it is there policy and they can't don anything. Its our hard earned money.

They delivered my order to somebody else. Misleading customer support agent. Extremely bad experience. If you are in the food delivery business you have to understand this is not like Amazon parcels where 1 or 2 hours of delay don't matter. People are waiting hungrily for their orders on top of that Misleading customer support agents.
