Overall it's a good app, easy to navigate and easy to top up account. The main downside is that the balances for your accounts just don't show. I spent over a month with 1 customer service advisor 'female' who did manage to get my electricity balance to show, but then the gas balance vanished and when I asked a advisor for help 'male' said the app isn't for balance check, but for topping up and refused to help in anyway.

The app is convenient to top up the gas and electric. However the remaining balance on the metres and smart display reader has never been shown accurately in the app. My electricity balance always shows as zero in the app. Occasionally it will show the top up. Gas isn't as bad. It shows credit, but not the accurate amount.

App crashes. Not good when you really want it..... P.s. it takes day's for it to update your balance. Not so smart. And I can't see the amount of electricity left to use have not been on there for months. And today's date is 3.2.23 App not showing how much credit I got left, contact BG, and do what they advised reinstalled app it shows the credit but after a few hrs it's now showing 0 on gas and electric. Not good if I'm away from home and wan to top up.. Totally useless, NOT SMART AT ALL.
